Mt. Si is the mountain peak made famous in the 1990’s TV series Twin Peaks created by David Lynch and Mark Frost, which still has a cult following to this day. The phrase “The owls are not what they seem” is one of the most notorious and highly debated tag lines of the Twin Peaks Series. There are many theories as to the meaning even to this day. Unlike the mystery of the owl, there is no mystery to the great flavor of this coffee!
A medium-dark roast which uses coffees from the Huehuetanango region of Guatemala and the Montecillos region of Honduras. This blend provides a velvety body, sparkling acidity with floral and citrus aromas along with a sweet milk chocolate and a slight nut flavor. We hope you enjoy this local favorite.

We have taken 4 coffees from 3 different continents. We then found the perfect blend and roasting level for these coffee beans to provide you with a great Holiday Blend. The roast is medium dark in its roasting level. The acidity can be described as a bright, pleasant and floral like. This complex blend yields a full, syrupy body. The flavor can be described hints of citrus, almost winy with dark chocolate and spice like undertones.
