Wishing Everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Mt. Si Coffee would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to All. We also want to thank each and every one of you for your support and loyalty during this past year. It has been a different year for all in many ways. Due to the current events this year, and as many of you know, we were not able to participate at the Issaquah Farmer’s Market this season. We have missed the personal contact with many of our local as well as our visiting patrons from all around the country. However, during this time it has allowed us to get to know many of our online followers on a more frequent and personal level. We also want to thank those of you that have gone onto Google and given us a great review under our website, Mt. Si Coffee.

3 Top Ways to Brew Up the Best Coffee Possible

The Drip: The standard we are all pretty used to is “The Drip.” The process is simple and straightforward – you simply pour water into the reservoir of your coffee maker, put your grounds into the filter, turn on the machine, and BAM! For most coffee junkies, the fully automated, ready-to-go system is what works for them. It’s convenient, it’s effortless, and you don’t have to think too much, which is awesome, especially in the morning!

Mt. Si Coffee Roasters Presents The History of Coffee

The History and Origins of Coffee:

The origins of coffee allegedly date back to somewhere around the late 15th century, where legend has numerous stories and versions of its beginnings.
