Top 10 Health Benefits of Coffee; 1. Coffee Can Dramatically Improve Your Body’s Performance. As we know, caffeine stimulates your nervous system. But did you know? It signals the fat cells to break down actual body fat. It also increases epinephrine (adrenaline) levels in your blood. This leads to the fight-or-flight hormone, which prepares your body for intense physical exertion. So, caffeine breaks down body fat, making free fatty acids available as fuel.

The machine does the all of the work. All you have to do is mosey over and pour yourself a fabulous cup of Joe. For most coffee junkies, the fully automated, ready-to-go system is what works for them.
